(April 7, 2019, 7:32 am)Best workout in 60 minutes hands down. Between family and work my time is quite limited. With Orangetheory all I have to do is schedule and show up - the rest is guided from there. I feel like I am making the most of my workout and time and that is easily worth the monthly fee! The new studio in Sudbury is fanstastic - lots of space, easy parking, and good class options. The staff are friendly and efficient. Could not ask for anything else!

(March 25, 2019, 9:58 am)I joined as a founding member and have been to three classes so far. I'm hooked! The coaches here are fab (Hope, Ben, Nicole and Albert). They keep classes fun while making sure form is correct. The staff is approachable and helpful. The app makes booking a class easy. I leave sweaty and smiling. Can't ask for more!
