They offered up advice and ideas to make sure my phone stays safe and not cracked. Upon going to Bellingham before hand where myself and my bf have had problems, it was so nice to go in to the Franklin store and just get everything correct and in a timely matter. From now on we will only go to the franklin store!!! ????????????????????????

He is knowledgeable and laid-back. Good bedside manner. He has the kind of personality that would work well as a manager.
