    I have lived here with my family for almost a year. It is very clean, and pet friendly. Beautiful landscaping also. Even the maintenance crew is right on point very reliable, and kind. Just a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone! Love the office staff also. I became recently ill, and they take care of their tenants needs. Going as far as bringing me a gift, and a beautiful card.❤

    Management is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is very timely. We have lived here for about a year now and have enjoyed it. Very pet friendly, although there is a pet rent, FYI. The amenities and space have been great. You can easily hear neighbors and smell seems to travel through the buildings easily, bad or good smells. Franklin is a nice area. Extra storage is available at a price and rent is reasonable. You pay for laundry with loadable cards, which is nice. It won't be a perfect place, but I would recommend the complex.

    Excellent apartment complex. Absolutely LOVE living here. Very dog friendly and no breed prejudice!! This place is heaven compared to where we lived previously. Would recommend this place to any and everyone looking for a place.
