  Was sent for PT on tendons in my ankle catching a bone spur. Renee was awesome building a plan and getting me back to being active again! She seemed to know just how far to push me each visit to really help the process. Built and excellent and easy to follow home program for maintenance, making it part of my regular workout routine. Super friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend!

  I started with PT after getting hurt. I had gone to a chiropractor for therapy it helped at first but the pain on my left buttock and down my leg returned. My PCP sent me to a physiatrist, I had steroid injections with very little relief. My physiatrist sent me to physical therapy.
  My neighbor recommended Bay State she even gave me same therapists names. I started PT without much hope and almost quit shortly after starting, the exercises seemed minimal and I didn’t feel like it was going to work. I also was having moist heat therapy applied to my lower back, my favorite.
  I was all of a sudden experiencing some relief, my sciatica stopped hurting, my buttocks pain was a lot less and the exercises got more challenging.
  After awhile my pain was managed just by doing a few exercises, some using a rubber band, most of them didn’t and don’t require any equipment.
  I want to thank the friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff at Bay State physical therapy...
  Thank you Jen for all the help, if it wasn’t for you My life and the quality of it would still be pretty miserable.
  My advise to anyone that might be suffering like I was, stick with it, do your part and you’ll succeed.

  After 2 months of physical therapy for my knee I feel like a new person. Bay State has a great facility and everyone I encountered was very friendly and easy to work with. Liz designed a treatment plan that gradually built my strength and explained exercises carefully to be completed at home. I highly recommend using Bay State PT in Kingston.

  I have been seeing Renee for a severe case of TMJ. She has been excellent. For the first time in 6 months, I’ve since had 2 weeks without being in any pain. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy!
