    Bob Carpenter at South Shore is excellent. He gives very good advice throughout the process and has helped me to find the lease and vehicle that meet my needs. The genius Devon Griffith was truly a Genius. He was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout the learning process. The service department is outstanding. They are always accommodating with a loner where needed or a pickup and delivery.

    Service at South Shore BMW is really efficient. I like the indoor drop-off and the concierge like service. The waiting area is open and clean (I used headphones to block the TV sound) and the high-tops are perfect for working on a laptop. It would be nice if they had a few more outlets. My experience with BMW dealerships has not been good, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. I was in and out in the estimated time and I would consider them for future work, if needed.

    I had an awesome experience with South Shore BMW. I was strongly considering a Lexus before my visit to this dealership. While I loved the X1 I test drove, the service I received here compared to the Lexus dealerships I visited was what ultimately pushed me to buy the BMW. Negotiating the price wasn't a hassle and it wasn't aggressive or uncomfortable. They did everything in their power to make the whole decision process and the transaction itself painless. Devon and Alex were awesome. I highly recommend these guys!

    Fast on-line appointments, Saturday availability, rapid intake and excellent communication from my advisor, Frank. Superb waiting room accommodations. Car was ready in no time with all work completed as promised and complimentary wash. Excellent experience.
