  Great rental property. Rooms are dated but still clean and comfortable.

  It's a solid place that offers lots of space for our large family. They did do some renovations this year that have improved the look. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. One thing to note is that their WiFi situation is very poor. The network only reaches about 1/3rd of the the building. This can be frustrating in an area with poor cell service.

  Such a cozy place. Feels very much like home. We were guest for a wedding and the inn was perfect to keep everyone over night in the same place.

  Family has been coming here for years. We fill the entire place up and have diverse needs and interests. Grand Beach In has proven to be a good staging ground for our group of 60+. The pool is in great shape the rooms are old but up kept pretty well, the kitchen is large enough to feed an army. There are some things that have seen wear but we love it here.

  I always love coming here. The inn is wonderful. The pool gets lots of sun with a few shaded areas. The screened in porch is perfect for sitting and watching the deer. There is a 5 minute walk to the beach or 10 to 15 minutes if you walk leisurely like I do.
