Riverbrook

I have lived in the RiverBrook Community for about 4 years now; and I like living in this community, because everyone seems so nice and friendly.
The manager Sue & her staff, goes above & beyond to do whatever it takes to make sure her residents are happy & satisfied living here in RiverBrook.
Whenever there is an issue with something, the staff is right on it, and the maintenance crew is out getting the job done! They are making sure the community is kept clean of garbage, clearing the roads in the winter; and Sue has also made it a point to repair a lot of the roads and driveways in the community as well!
Your dedication and hard work for us as residents is definitely appreciated, and I thank you.

I’ve been a member of this community for a few years and love it here. The office is super nice everyone takes care of business. It’s clean my son has a lot of great friends close by and all my neighbors are good people. This place really stands out over some of the other communities in the area.

I have always had a great experience at Riverbrook. I’ve been here 3 1/2 years. No issues. Safe neighborhood. Kid friendly. Fast turn around for service calls. Front office is very nice. I recommend Riverbrook a 10/10!

Sue, I wanted to tell you that so far the new neighbors on both sides of me seem sooooo wonderful!!!!!! The young couple who just moved in seem to be very pleasant when I introduced myself and welcomed them to the community. The 2 young ladies on the other side are very pleasant as well. I think we have a great fit for this part of the park!!!! Thank you for all you do to help make this community as pleasant as possible. I know it’s not an easy task and you and your staff don’t get enough thanks for all you do. Please extend my thanks to your staff as well.
