As an out-of-state investor, the most important aspect for me when working with a real estate agent is responsiveness, reliability, and trustworthiness.  John Larson definitely meets those criteria!  He can easily be reached throughout the day via email and texting, whereas other real estate agents I've worked with previously respond only by email or by phone, and many times won't respond until the end of the day.  Another good trait about John is that after I closed on the home, he has continued to keep in touch with me constantly to see how my new home is coming along and to see if I need anything since he is nearby.  For example, I recently had to deal with a broken mailbox, which John promptly helped replaced knowing that I am out-of-state. I will definitely plan to work with him again if given the opportunity in the future.
