(July 13, 2020, 8:50 am)Cindy is amazing! She explained the process very detailed and was very calming. I was a little nervous at first, but quickly felt as ease. In two sessions she helped me kick my out of control sugar cravings, (to the point that I was getting up in the middle of the night to find some candy or something..) She gave me tools to use on my own and has checked in on my progress since our last visit. It has been a few weeks since I was there, and I still have no desire for sweets, especially at 2 am!

She helped me completely beat my Diet Coke addiction that had gotten out of control after 2 sessions. I literally have had no desire for it since the day after the second session. I'm still just blown away! It's been a while now and I still have no desire for it. She also has helped me significantly with some repressed childhood issues. I highly recommend Cindy!
