Veterans Memorial Park

It is a nice park with a pool and place for kids to run around in the water and play on a play ground. They have a nice concert series that goes on every Wednesday night and it was a lot of fun with food trucks.

The splash pad was great. The beach was really gross. But it was fun. Very pretty walk around the lake.

We love this park! It's always so clean and the people who work there are so sweet. The splash pad is perfect for all ages and never ridiculously crowded. The beach is okay but not terrible. Waterfront is beautiful. You do have to be a SCS resident to get the pass to enter the park, which probably what keeps it so clean and perfect. If you live in SCS, get the pass! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful park nice place for a picnic. Splash zone for the kids. Went for concert in the park. Motor City Josh was amazing.

Lovely park with a walking track 5/8 of a mile around. 8 laps makes 5 miles. Several benches to look out over the water. Small beach which has been closed for years.

Lots of pollution in that lake with sewage drain off. Very disappointing metro Detroit and Canada dump into this large lake.

Very pretty lake views. In the summer, the city puts on Wednesday evening concerts. LOTS of people show up.
