After discussing the options with my husband, he told me it was best to go back to Auto Zone as we have done for years because they are local and if there was a problem with any part, they would be readily available and willing to help fix it immediately. I told him that made great sense and I was so glad I did!!!! Unfortunately, I had a situation with the Alternator I purchased for my 2000 Jeep. I was so very pleased with the total staff and was especially impressed with all the awesome females' automotive knowledge!!! They truly ROCK!!!!! Management made sure that the matter was promptly addressed to the highest degree of satisfaction. Thank you all so much for the compassion and kindness you expressed in rendering a positive resolution. The services were truly worth mentioning and I look forward to visiting again when needed I pray you all to have many blessings, unlimited success, and an abundance of overflowing prosperity!!!!!!
