Real nice community, office staff friendly and helpful

The management is great! Very helpful and kind. Park is very nice place to leave. Very neat and family oriented. Defiantly would recommend :)

Love living here. We are seniors, enjoy the quiet neighborhood. All the staff are great. Working on the outside of our rental, is something, we think, that makes every lot look nice.

My mom has lived here for 7 years. Since Melissa took over managing the park, it's been wonderful! I want to give a big shout out to Melissa, Kathy and Nick, for their prompt response to fix things that have needed fixing for quite some time. We had very little help with these issues from prior management. You guys are the absolute best!!!

A horrible experience with rawsonville woods led us to country heritage a huge blessing it has turned out to be. First of all when I called the first time and explained to Melissa the situation I was in she was very quick to help us. She answered all of our questions and kept us up to date with every detail. When we met her we could tell she truly cares about her job and she is excellent proven by her awards. Melissa got us into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The community is beautiful and quiet. Everyone minds their own business. We are not concerned about safety and feel very safe as a family. I can not thank her enough for all of her effort to help us when we were put in the situation we were in. I tell everyone I know about country heritage as it is a great place to live especially with children.
