I used Kohler's Bathroom Design services and purchased all of my product from the Birmingham store. There were some hiccups with getting the correct plumbing products and shower doors. However, the staff, especially Nathan, worked tirelessly to find alternatives to keep my renovation on task. The customer service at this location is fantastic.

In the worst of circumstances, Susie at Kohler Signature Store in Birmingham provided stellar customer service. While most everything was shutdown, our project had to move forward because of deadlines imposed by the bank. Susie handled everything like a pro without missing a beat and from her home nonetheless. She strikes that perfect balance of attentiveness without pushiness—just very down-to-earth and cares about her customers. Overall a great experience that has turned into a lasting business relationship, and I hope to source more beautiful fixtures from this store and First Supply for future projects.
