Jennifer has such a peaceful and nurturing personality. She inspires you to open up comfortably and dig deep. Reiki for me felt like moving tension out and away from my body and after many years of holding onto toxic stress I felt that my reiki treatment was much needed. Her training is also very eye opening. It helped me understand the process of reiki, how to use it and how to have the confidence to use reiki in my own healing work. I took my boyfriend for his first ever Reiki treatment to Jennifer to relieve his stress and I must say that I am the happiest girl in the city right now. Her office itself was so warm, refreshing and full of positiveness. He thoroughly enjoyed his experience and is being so calm and positive since then. He doesn't believe in things like positive and negative energy but now he is telling me to learn Reiki. He said it felt like a magic and all his stress was washed away completely. Jennifer has got so much positive vibes in her and I experienced it myself a week later. During my session I fell asleep and felt so refreshing and calm afterwards. That feeling you get after the session is something that all of us should feel in our day to day lives. Life would really be better if we all felt that way. World definitely needs people like her to wash off the negativity and spread good vibes everywhere :) I can't wait to go back to her for another session.

This was my first Reiki appointment and was blown away by it. The office is warm and welcoming and Jen’s treatment room is clean and filled with positive vibes. The treatment itself was very unique to anything I’ve ever experienced. I could feel the movement of energy escaping through deep breaths, warmth, tingling, etc. Even my unborn baby demanded some attention. It was definitely worth the visit. Jen herself is extremely knowledgeable and calming. This is something I’d do again.
