  I had to make appointment for a Wensday. Wensday hes only open 1 day Wensday in his Taylor office the rest of week days hes in Dearborn. His office in Taylor I think better my opinion. It doesn't matter though where ever Dr.Achira's location is will be where I go. His staff perfesional very kind and patient and hes the best endocrinologist and diabetes profession doctor ive ever had the privlage of being a patient of. If you have issues needing a doctor in that profession just try this chipper very knowledgeable you will see this doctor will change your life. You owe it to yourself to give Dr.Ali Achira a try you will thank yourself for going. Everyone that is treated for diabetes this Doctor treats everyones diabetes as each person as individual not treated like same-o same-o diabetic this is a personal disese and effects and treatment of everyone is not the same and this doctor treats people as a individual and finds the right treatment for you. Im so thankful I found and tried this doctor who has changed my life. Finally a professional doctor that is very very knowledgeable pleasant and does his job.

  I have struggled with my thyroid fluctuating since 21 years old. Now at 67 I don't have as many problems but am now struggling with weight.
  I have read other reviews about Dr Achira being rude and believe people are misconstruing his knowledge and concern for our health. He was direct. Not rude. He told me the facts about why I am where I am and the only way to change it. From there it is in my hands. He can preach but I have to follow his direction.
  As far as his staff, are you considering the burden they may be under. EVERYONE is struggling for help. Covid changed the work ethic in this country and many people fear being around others. I personally appreciate the staff there. They have put me on hold for longer than I would like but if you observe them while you are there they are very busy.
  I personally want to acknowledge Malack. She has been very helpful everytime I call which has been more than I should. I have had to change my appt several times and she has never been rude not once.
  In conclusion I recommend Dr. Achira if your looking to get healthy.

  First time visiting Dr.Achira, everything was great. the ladies upfront were all very sweet and accommodating. A huge shoutout to Ari and Sandy for being patient, kind, and awesome with accommodating my needs. I would also shout out Dr.Achira, he is very knowledgable with his profession, I felt very comfortable with him as a lady. He helped educate me on thyroid and what type of condition play part of thyroid. He didn't rush the appointment, he made sure I understood the differences with thyroid. I was very happy with my appointment. I have had a hard time finding a doctor that really cares, and Dr.Achira really does care for his patients!

  Dr. Achira made my visit nothing short of amazing. First time meeting him was today and I’m elated that I found him. He’s a phenomenal specialist. He showed care and concern, he took time to fully assess and provide the best treatment option for me. It’s really difficult finding physicians/Specialists that truly cares. Thank You Dr. Achira!👍🏾

  I'm a new patient but I am so happy I chose Dr. Achira. He is very thorough in his exams and takes the time to explain everything to you. I love the fact that he and his staff are very caring and attentive to your needs. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone suffering with hormone, weight, or diabetes issues. You will not be disappointed!!! The receptionists and nurses are also very sweet and caring as well!! I wish I could give Dr.Achira and his staff 10 stars!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
