Airlines Parking

We always use Airlines Parking while flying out of Detroit. We have always had a good experience, but, our last time was exceptional. After a long travel day, my husband dropped his passport and a credit card on the shuttle. Our driver, Ashley, was able to find our contact information and informed us so we were able to come back and pick it up. We cannot say “thank you” enough!

I realize that after a long business trip, the final day includes dealing with hotel checkout, rental car return, flying, baggage claim and then shuttle bus. The last person I deal with is the ticket taker at Airlines Parking (latest was Deb) and ive found that they're always pleasant. Their attitude leaves me on a positive note at the end of a very long day. It's a small thing but is noticed.

Most organized system out of all the shuttles we have used! I think Dave was our driver back to our car. He was AWESOME. Kindred spirits with our Cobra Kai shirts!! ✌️

We always park here when we fly out of Detroit. I love that it is fenced and secure! I love being able to reserve in advance so I know I have a spot. I love that the shuttle takes me directly to a parking place and thus is right there for me to get in and go to my flight. I love that there are plenty of shuttles waiting for arrival pickups. If there isn't one already at the airport a simple phone call has one there in minutes. I really like the friendly people. When we were there my earring got pulled out of my ear by a luggage strap. The driver got out his phone to light up the dark and help us look for it. That's real customer service!

First time trying out a parking service and Airlines parking was a wonderful experience. This place is huge and bright. We had no issues finding a spot at midnight for our car as the entire facility is very well lit. There are a lot shuttles to/back from airport. Once you are parked you can just give them a call and they will send a shuttle to pick you up from your parking spot and drop you off at the airport. Once your back from your trip they have shuttles waiting for you at the terminal. The drivers were wonderful as well and they load/unload the luggage for you. They also give you a slip with your parking location so that you can hand it to the driver on your return to get to your spot. Our car was safe and secure after we left it their for two weeks. You can also use the coupon from the website to save a $ per day. There is speedway and bunch of hotels right in front of the parking. Will definitely come back. Hopefully they can introduce some packages for long term parking.
