I would like to thank Kyle and staff for making our vacation stay a great one. We checked in on April 8 and left on April 15. We met Kyle right away and he provided us with excellent customer service. We drove 8 hours and he helped us to get a room a little earlier than check in. It was very much appreciate - thank you so much Kyle. We enjoyed speaking to Kyle at dinner time too. Their restaurant makes the BEST BBQ bacon cheeseburgers and I enjoyed my strawberry daiquiri and my husband liked his local beer. We ate there 2 nites during our stay. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was big and clean. We had a beautiful golf course view. My husband, 2 kids and I loved our stay there. On Easter, the kids had fun meeting the Easter Bunny and they also partook in the egg hunt. Michael who heads up the recreational activities was a lot of fun - great personality. I even won the jelly bean jar. I guessed the exact number of jelly beans! I was so surprised and happy to be given the jar of jelly beans. My husband and I had a great time at the wine tasting they sponsored. We met a nice couple from NJ - Helen & George. Angel also introduced himself and gave us a sheet of local places to go to. One morning the 4 of us played tennis and that was fun and quiet. We were lucky that during our stay the other pool opened up. It was much bigger than the pool at the main location. The only bummer was the hot tub was not working with the jets. My kids had an "overload" on history between Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. We will be back. The room is so big and comfortable! Our family enjoyed every moment at this hotel! We love the grill table setup outside and thanks for Mr. Terrance did a really good job cleaning up for us. We’re looking for a trip back here soon!

This place is incredible! Our family of 6 had the best time. Beautiful rooms and immaculate bedding….everything seemed brand new. We were able to “rent” the movie theater for free for our family, they even provide popcorn! Tons of activities and the pools were the best….even outdoor pools/hot tub were open and heated in Feb! I wish every hotel were like this….we will definitely stay here again when we are back in Williamsburg and I’m sharing it with everyone we know. We usually choose Airbnb but this was really hard to beat.

Baskin ribbons always seem to never disappoint, however there is something about an establishment that keeps the main door open winter or summer….#notagoodlook #shutthedoor #flieswillbeeverywhere
