  Personally I had a exceptional experience overall!!!! My brother in law referred me to Jakes Auto Mall if I wanted to purchase a car with no credit history but if I have a valid drivers license and current working income that I’ll get approve and so I did. I’m not expecting to go to the dealership expecting to get a brand new car but let me tell you from my experience I was able to purchase a great car that drives great and the body not only my car I bought but all the cars available there were in great condition in and out. Not many places I know where you can just walk in to with the situation I’m at would approve you to finance a car period. So for that I’m grateful my brother-in-law told me about them. Customer Service was very professional, all the working staff there was patient and polite. They did there part now I have to do my part and continue to make my payments on time or just make sure I have open communications with them with any changes , questions or concerns I have. I would definitely recommend Jakes auto mall to everyone but especially to the ones with no credit or bad credit but have a valid drivers license , current working income and under $1,000 down payment. Thanks Jakes Auto Mall for making my experience a pleasant experience!!!!

  Jakes auto mall has been a complete savior when I was looking for a vehicle. When no one else would work with me they would. And they went above and beyond with the customer service that was provided. I walked in and the ladies in the office were so kind. Val Megan and Kyla. All 3 of them were smiling and sweet and trying to be helpful. They advised that to get a car I just needed to show them my paystubs and license. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. It was crazt easy!!!!!!After I sent them my information I waited just a short time for them to look everything over and then I was approved! Just like that!!!!! They advised me of which vehicles would be in my price range and I was able to look at them all before taking a test drive in the ones I liked. They allowed to me drive multiple vehicles and never got frustrated at how much of their time I was taking up and they were busy when I was in there, the phone kept ringing. They were helpful and compassionate the whole time. After I choose the vehicle I wanted the sale process was quick and easy. They explained every thing to me step by step and the whole process took under an hour. I was so impressed the whole time. It proved to me that all the reviews I have read and the fact that they have been in business for 13 years is a testimony to the amazing staff and policies they have in place to help their customers! They really do go above and beyond to help their customers get approved. And the last thing I want to comment on is the fact that they warranty their cars. It is very rare to find a used car dealership that gives a warranty let alone a free warranty. They give you 18 months or 18000 miles whichever comes first! That proves to me they really stand behind their vehicles! I believe in reviews and giving people credit when they deserve it and I just really cannot say enough nice things about this company!!!! I would strongly recommend anyone having a hard time finding finance options for a vehicle due to whatever reason to check out this company. They are here for their customers and they truly truly care and will work with you to get you approved and into a vehicle. Jakes Auto Mall has been a dream to work with and I will be returning in the future for another vehicle! Thank you Thank you!!!!
