Great way to get young athletes some extra training. Trainer is great with kids and makes it fun and productive. I've seen noticeable increase in speed and improved running form in my daughter. She has done both the 1:1 training and the classes.

My kids really enjoyed their time at Nexus Sports Performance. It was a fun way for them to grow as athletes. They really look forward to going back for more speed & strength drills to enhance their sports performance as they continue to get older!

Enrolled my at time 7 year old son during covid hybrid. This was his gym class over the lunch hour. The class was small and kept him challenge d and engaged and excited to go back each class. Great bunch of coaches!

The staff at Nexus is exceptional. Two years ago they trained me to do a rim to rim hike in the Grand Canyon and this summer they have been preparing me for a hike on the Superior Trail. I’m 63 years old and have been training with Scott for several years. He taylors my workouts to fit my goals - no cookie-cutter training here! This is a highly capable and skilled group. I highly recommend this gym.
