Lovely apartments and great management. We enjoyed our time at the Morrison- great kitchen and high end finishes.

Great experience, from floor plans to quality, design, management, amenities... everything is well thought, through & through. Justin assisted me with everything as well, the rent process was so smooth, it did not even take me 3 days, to be a tenant (did not have all my stuff together). Finally, the price is unbeatable, high end product for less. I am so satisfied, I cannot complain about one thing. My wife and I moved in Mid-January and our experience could not have been any better. The property manager Krystel A, is really responsive, answered all of our questions, and keeps us informed on the happenings here at The Morrison. The apartment has high end finishes, and there are so many amenities that its hard to keep track of. The heated underground parking is nice, and the folks that help keep this place clean and professional looking are kind and easy to talk to. Overall if you are looking for a great location here in Rosemount, the we recommend The Morrison.
