Escalade Dry Cleaning

Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!

It was a great experience. The day before we got married we brought my dress and my hubby's suit in to get cleaned and pressed. You guys did awesome job and it was reasonably priced. My items were pretty much perfectly done.
I will return to get items cleaned and or pressed again. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to this location since 2004 under the previous owner! since Escalade has taken over I have been here about 5 times the owner is absolutely wonderful
I'm a little late on my review. I should have typed and posted this month ago her( the owner) customer service skills are excellent, pricing is very reasonable! she will have your clothes, clothing done within a timely matter!. I'm always satisfied.

I needed work done for my daughters prom dress. The dress is a unique design and I was worried no one could help us. I didn't know who to go or trust. My aunt has been going to Escalade for quite some time now. I'm so glad we went to Escalade. Gena did an amazing job with bringing the length up. She also has a good eye with what to take in and what would compliment my daughters body. The service was top notched! My daughter never had a fitting done before. Gena made her feel relaxed and comfortable! The final presentation was more than we expected! Gena did a terrific job! Thank you at Escalade we are so happy with the wonderful work! We will be back for more!

They offer the best drycleaning and sewing service in town...I had a dress altered there. When I enquired about the dress I thought it seemed like it wasn't possible but Genevieve made it work. She did it fast and at a good price.
