Hallmark Builders, Inc. (HBI) installed a structural beam, beautifully opening up our kitchen and living room.
What most impressed me was their ability to do quality work in such a short amount of time!
The General Contractor was honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained and simplified each step of the project in a way I could understand. More importantly, he took the time to answer any questions I had.
The craftsmanship of the beam was superb, exceeding all regulatory standards.
HBI were more than fair with pricing.
Hallmark Builders, Inc exceeded my expectations through and through and would recommend them for Any Residential and Commercial remodeling, roof and gutter construction jobs!

10-20-22 We just had our house in Minneapolis reroofed by Hallmark Builders Inc. The crew did a terrific job. All work was completed on the dates we requested, regardless of cold weather and a shower or two. They worked long days (around 7 a.m. until around 6:30 pm). They were thoughtful and steady workers. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. They even blew the leaves and fall debris from our gutters and blew all our side and back walks of leaves and pine needles too. Sergey, our Hallmark representative, was very considerate and helpful. He even did a couple special things for us that were beyond his responsibility . He is very pleasant to work with and has great customer service skills and intentions. Also, he and the crew removed the deck furniture so it wouldn't get damaged and put them back after the job was completed. Sergey was always responsive and returned emails and calls promptly. Hallmark has reroofed several houses within a block or so of our house and was recommended highly by one of those neighbors whom I knew. We based our selection of Hallmark on her recommendations. I've been contacted by another neighbor who will probably use Hallmark also. I was more than happy to pass my recommendation on to her too.

I highly recommend Hallmark Builders. When we had a hail storm in May of 2022, we were contacted by many different contractors offering to do free roof inspections. However, Hallmark Builders was the first one to stop by and we liked them and their representative so much that we told all other contractors we had already selected someone to do our work. Hallmark Builders represented us during our insurance agent inspection and pointed out hail damage that we were not even aware of. Hallmark Builders did an awesome job on our roof repair/replacement. We went with their algae resistant 3D shingles and are very, very happy with the result. Great Work! Thank You Hallmark Builders!

On May 9th 2022 a rain and hail storm hit the Oakdale, MN area. We received significant rain and large/medium size hail. On May 10th, Tara Zastavskiy, from Hallmark Building Inc. stopped by and ask to inspect the roof and walk around our house for damage. Tara said there was damage. Tara suggested that I contact my insurance company and register a claim which I did with his help. The insurance inspector called me and Tara for an inspection. When the inspector came, Tara, Sergey and Russ from Hallmark Building Inc. showed up also for the inspection. When the inspection was done the insurance inspector agreed there was damage to the roof and deck and started the claim process.
Once the claim process started Sergey, Russ and Tara handled all communication with the insurance company including any further damage found and cost adjustments needed. Once the documentation was received and review by the insurance company payments from the insurance company were promptly paid to us. A small down payment started the repairs process. Within 2 weeks we had the roof totally replaced. Tearoff, shingle, etc... and clean up went extremely well. All deck furniture was removed before it was pressure washed and 2 coats of paint applied which took approximately a week to get done once started. The paint job looked great. Once done all deck furniture was moved back. One item that was moved and put back was a large heavy crank out umbrella which the 4 weights that held in place weighed 100 pounds each. Once everything was done, I paid the final payment. Within days Sergey sent paid invoice documentation and warranty information to me.

I have never done business with Hallmark Building Inc before and have found them great to work with and extremely Honest, Dependable, and Reliable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help for repairs.

There was a significant hail storm in my small town of Northfield recently. Russ Zastavskiy from Hallmark stopped by my house later that day to introduce himself and offer Hallmark's services. Although I'm quite cautious with sales persons, I decided to take a chance with Russ and am very grateful I did. He took photos of my roof and siding, submitted claims to the insurance company (and regularly followed up with them), arranged to install a new roof in short order, and -- most importantly -- checked to see if I was fully satisfied at each step. I generally was -- the roof looks great! -- but, as an example of his customer service, the roofers accidentally damaged an (inexpensive) mini-fence I had around the A/C unit to keep the dog away. When I relayed this to Russ, he drove to Menards to find the exact replacement. While there, Russ also picked up some brown paint to color the pre-existing flashing to match the roof -- this was unrelated to the repair that Hallmark was doing and was just a kind thing to do. I got the sense that Russ was in my corner at each step of the process and would definitely use Russ/Hallmark again if I experience any future damage to the house. Highly, highly recommended!
