Great guys and very fair on price. Honest and showed me problems with my cylinder heads starting before became an issue.

Brought in my 99 Tacoma cylinder head after getting low compression readings. Dave was amazing, gave me an accurate quote on the phone when I first reached out, even walked me through what I should look out for when removing the cylinder head and how to transport it to his shop. The work he did was great and the pricing was very fair. Every time I spoke with him he gave me some bits of advice and knowledge about my type of engine and how to take care of it as well as tips on how to safely get my engine put back together. Just a wealth of knowledge and experience, I think he could tackle just about any engine issue you might have.

Metro engine is owned and operated bu the finest engine machinist in the state of mn! Dave is incredibly intellectual and has a level of knowledge regarding engines that is our genius. Dave is very helpful and will always know where to get the special part you need or whom you need to go see😁He is super busy so patience for service is advised, however you will not be disappointed with the result!

Had Dave go through the head on my '91 Mazda Miata. After evaluating the head he thoroughly described what he found and recommended a course of action. This included recognizing that the head had been machined before and incorrectly assembled. Totally trustworthy and provided the replaced parts for inspection. I wouldn't hesitate to bring him other work.
It is also clear from his shop that others feel the same way. Many heads waiting to be picked up and others waiting to be repaired.
