MetroEyez - Twin Lakes Eye Center

Went there to get new glasses and the staff were courteous and friendly. As a side note, I love my new glasses!

The services and staff here are here are absolutely wonderful. I don’t typically write reviews but I had to in this case. I have a broken leg and with all of the snow and ice was very nervous about getting inside. One of the very kind women there got a wheelchair from a medical office inside the building, picked me up at my car and took me inside and then took me back outside after the appointment. Talk about going over and above. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The woman who helped pick out my glasses was so helpful and patient. The doctor who gave the exam was so efficient and professional and addressed any and all questions. I truly felt that everyone there cares and are genuinely good people who are excellent at their jobs.

This was my first time being to an eye center due to a small piece of metal embedded in my eye. I was seen within 10 minutes unscheduled and the piece removed within another 10. Dr. Moline was kind, courteous and caring. I highly recommend for anything eye related, plus the candies at the front desk are Awesome!!!

So very helpful in helping me find my first glasses. I went to several chains before coming to this clinic. I felt like I was more to them than a walking piece of money. I felt like a patient that they cared about as a customer and a person. Sure, their selection is not as large as a place such as LensCrafters, but the service greatly makes up for it!
