He's no frills, answers whatever questions you need answered in a very quick fashion, doesn't screw around and gets things done with his guys in the shop. He helped make a 5 year old 75K used car into almost a new vehicle so my brother could feel good about buying a car with that many miles on it and it should last him for 10 years. Lou is your man if you want a quick, easy deal with no salesmanship and gimmicks. Amazing experience.
