Hoffman Place

I have lived here for 5 years and still live here. Everyone's experience is different. Michelle the property manager truly cares for this place and the people that live here. She cares for everyone's experience and does a great job, it must be hard to satisfy everyone. At times I've been addressed Michelle is to the point I take in the concern and change what the issue may be and we are good. Michelle is not what some have portrayed her to be she's understanding but does her job. The building is clean and safe the apartments are very nice. This place spoils the residents with underground parking, laundry in the unit, an island in the kitchen, a patio and two bathrooms wow!!!!! I love living here and plan to stay until I can buy a house some day.

Michelle is a great caring person.! I want you to know your hard work and effort and dedication that you put into managing, making sure everyone is taking care of is not unnoticed. You don’t get the recognization you honestly earned & Deserve I’m thankful for you and continue to impact lives.!!!

This is a very clean and nice community. I have lived at this residence since 2016. This landlord goes beyond her definition of a landlord. She actually cares about the property the community and the people. Yes, Michelle may seem strict but its only for a good reason. There hasn't been anything this landlord wouldn't do for the community. She is very determined to keep the apartments clean and nice. She may seem a bit demanding at times but that's only because she can handle so much by her self. Once you learn to communicate and accept the fact that this land lord does not play about her community you will love her and the effort she puts into keeping the apartments and community together. Maintenance always come through but can be a bit pricey. Overall this has been the longest Ive ever live at an apartment and its only because of the relationship i have built over the years with my landlord. she has become more of a supportive companion to me and my family. I know I can always count on her when it comes to the place where I lay my head and any ongoing advice because she really do care about her residents and her properties.

I work for St. Andrew's Lutheran Church's Community Resource Center, and we assist people who have encountered difficult times. Recently, we worked with a Hoffman Place resident who had fallen behind on her rent, which caused me to connect with Hoffman Place management. I will say very matter-of-factly that I have never worked with a landlord that has been as helpful as Michelle. I deal with all types of landlords, and Michelle showed compassion, caring, and empathy in this situation, moreso than anyone I've ever dealt with. She has been a breath of fresh air, and I will be heartily recommending Hoffman Place simply because of Michelle.
