Wow, what an upgrade to our wood fireplace. I knew what we were getting but I was still surprised to see how great it looked when they were done. They did the installation- electrical, gas & masonry work- just the way I wanted.

After researching gas fireplaces online I went to 3 different businesses with pictures and rough dimensions for a new gas fireplace to replace the wood burner I have. Out of the 3 the only one to schedule an appointment and arrived to verify dimensions and describe potential fireplaces. That was Glowing Hearth and Home. The other 2 merely sent a quote based on my pictures and dimensions.
Mick was eager to share his opinion on what may fit in our large fireplace opening. Shortly after the visit I received a quote via e-mail from Mike in the office and later visited the showroom with my wife to view options. Because this was a complicated install due to the need for an outside removal I had volunteered to remove some siding myself ahead of time. I revisited the showroom and management was available to discuss a different plan due to cold weather and along with Mike helped to finalize a suitable solution to this situation. Shortly after we signed up and were scheduled for install before the holiday. Paul, Noah and the electrician arrived to remove old unit and install the new. A few days later they were back to connect the unit and start it up. It was a very smooth install from start to finish. Due to the extra large opening we had there was a slight misfit with the front panel so Mick and Mike worked out a solution and ordered a different front panel which fit wonderfully. The fireplace is even more than we expected and we use constantly. The customer service at Glowing Hearth and Home was some of the best I have ever experienced. Thanks to all who helped make this a great project and great end result.

Just had a 20+ year old gas fireplace replaced. Glowing Hearth & Home did a great job from start to finish. Very customer service and solution oriented. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, give you lots of options, and come out to your home for a friendly consult and measuring (we were converting a broken gas log fireplace to a gas insert). We took advantage of the repair (our old fireplace was toast) and they are applying the repair to the purchase of the new fireplace.

We couldn't be happier with the service and product we received from Glowing Hearth & Home in Savage/Jordan. Mark, Paul, Jason and all the other team members that came to our house installed a beautiful Calloway 50 fireplace, mantel and stone front. It's a perfect product and install was professional and neat. My wife & I highly recommend Glowing Hearth & Home if you are interested in a fireplace. We will definitely be back when we do similar to our downstairs family room.
