  Pretty solid experience from the sales staff member I worked with through to the delivery and set up of the item I purchased. The sales staff member I worked with listened to me and my wishes and gave suggestions accordingly. It was refreshing to not have someone trying to upsell me on items I didn't want or added fee based services that are unnecessary (experiences in other stores right now).
  
  Today the delivery folks were quick, efficient, and kind, it was all over before I realized it.
  
  The only reason I have it at 4 instead of 5 is the experience with some of the more junior members of staff. Like the Ashley's next door, some of the more junior floor sales staff need a little more experience with customer service and their ability to read the signs of customers as they shop. I had been in to Furniture Mart a number of times in a small span of time and the people I speak of were a little heavy with the pressure and hovering a bit too much to be helpful instead of their lingering presence.

  We worked with Deanna to buy a very comfortable chair. The warehouse guy was sick on the day of pickup, and Deanna went above and beyound to assist us with our chair so that I could pick it up that day.
  
  There was an issue when I called their phone number and it seemed to transfer to another store after it rang X amount of times. The person who answered the phone told me the chair was ready for pickup (another lady at the Shakopee store told me the warehouse was closed today and I couldn't pick up that day which put me into a Karen rage sadly [because I called and verified]).
  
  Besides that one issue Deanna gave us a very pleasant experiance and we will be returning to purchase more in the future.

  I had the greatest experience for furniture shopping, ANDREW The store manager was so helpful and pleasant to work with, he answered all the questions I had, I wanted a good mattress and I got a great one Thanks to Andrew and his knowledge of mattresses. I am sure we will be back soon, for sofas and coffee table. Thank You Andrew!!. Andrew is an asset to Furniture Mart.

  We worked with Jamaal, and it could not have been a better experience. He was kind and helpful. He ran all over the store trying to find a matching ottoman for the couch I was looking for. When I am in need of more furniture, I will be looking for him at Furniture Mart.
