  Overall experience was good. The folks at ProFloors are friendly and make you feel at ease. The workmanship is unsurpassed.
  
  As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) I ran this project. I supplied materials and they did install.
  
  One room required floating and leveling the basement concrete floor due to a large crack, and they did it to perfection.
  
  Only real issue I ran into was when more adhesive was used in the first room due to the required surface prep, I relied on ProFloors to order more adhesive for me. Thankfully, I was at the job site prior to installation of the second room.
  
  Their vendor delivered the wrong adhesive to them, and they did not verify the product upon delivery. The installer contacted management, who informed the installer that they usually send the next step up in adhesive if what was ordered was unavailable.
  
  This installation required commercial anti-microbial adhesive, and residential adhesive was delivered. I took initiative to contact the manufacture, and they verified the adhesive delivered was for sheet vinyl, and my install was plank.
  
  I am afraid had I not been present at the site to verify materials, the install would have proceeded with the incorrect adhesive. The adhesive reorder took a few days to complete, and a job that was scheduled for competition on a Thursday was not done until the following Tuesday.
  
  The only reason this is not a 5 star review is due to the inattention to detail and the risk of the job being executed with the incorrect material.
  
  The staff are friendly, professional, straight shooters, who do not make excuses for oversites with inventory management and accept responsibility for mistakes.

  PERFECT professionalism from start to finish we had Antiques and freshly painted walls always cared for with the utmost TLC and the floors look amazing IRA and his team are phenomenal would recommend them to anyone!!!
