Clean Carfax/Vehicle History..point to point explanatory with all elements of the vehicle..and knew something was different/nice when he was so patient over the phone to explain EVERYTHING in detail. And even after a week..still following up in detail on some items of paperwork.

Great experience here. Went to visit the brother in Kansas to help him find a used truck. We found a black 2015 GMC Sierra Denali with 110k miles. Thing is loaded to the MAX. It had been buffed to try and get rid of a scrape on the driver side which showed me that he made an effort to repair what he could see and feel. Previous owner had dented the rear bumper right next to the hitch from reversing into a trailer hitch. Typical type of wear for an 8 year old truck.

He told me that he encourages everyone to look over the vehicles as best as they can or to take it to a shop for an inspection. As an auto technician, I knew what to look for. He was very warm and welcoming. Very trusting. He did not require a ride along on the test drive.

We took it for a drive and I did feel a clunk in the drivetrain area when driving it hard. I’m an auto technician and I know all about the hustle of buying and selling used vehicles on occasion. I had my Autel Elite Diagnostic scanner with me and didn’t find any major problems.

I voiced my concerns and he mentioned he had a Jack with stands and that I was more than welcome to look it over to see what the noise was. He wheeled the heavy 3 ton Jack and stands out for me and I inspected the drivetrain and didn’t find any major problems.

I know that any auction vehicle a dealer purchases is going to have small issues that only sometimes arise by driving the vehicle hard, going over bumpy terrain, or just from being a used vehicle that isn’t driven much.

Any used vehicle purchase is dependent on the buyer in making sure that it performs as it should. As a small dealership, our expectations were met and we drove off the lot with a nice truck.

Made the buying process very easy. Easy to work with. Great guy.
