(May 18, 2018, 2:51 pm)So impressed with these guys. I called around at 4:30 one afternoon, terrified I was about to lose a back tire on my van. Of the first two places I called, one turned me away completely, and the other said it would be after 6:00 before they could help. I called Heartland next, and they told me to come on in and they'd take a look.
Well, good news, the they removed the bolt I'd embedded in the tire, made sure it hadn't punctured, and wasn't leaking, and I went about my merry way, still able to meet friends for happy hour as originally planned!
I was so impressed by their customer service (where, might I add, they treated my like a human instead of a 'dumb girl') I will absolutely be back the next time I need a new set of tires!
