(January 16, 2019, 4:44 pm)Not sure what happened with everyone else but I had an EXCELLENT experience. No lie, I'm not paid by them, I don't know anyone that works for them. Trust me, I was extremely disappointed when I read the reviews and learned that they were responsible for my home delivery.
My item arrived with them on a Friday, I had a call from them Monday morning by a Sarah who scheduled my delivery that coming Wednesday. I got an automated call each day confirming the delivery window, a call the morning of the delivery by the actual deliverer Dave who was polite and accommodating. Got another call 15 min before arrival, they show up, carry the item to the room of choice, and leave with no issues. Couldn't be happier.
