Dr. Roosa is a teacher. The reason he talks a lot during an appointment is because he is teaching his patients how to think. He is very fond of saying that people don't do things skills do. So, therefore, we would all do better if we didn't take things personally. We should focus on developing and improving our skills (teamwork and collaboration are often cited by Dr. Roosa). I've gotten a lot out of our sessions and am always working on improving my skills. I highly recommend seeing him.
