  Steve just left and we are back in business! My day started early with the smell of gas throughout the house. After a visit at 7:30am from the gas company we called A-1 Complete to change out the control valve on our furnace unit. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would and Steve was helpful and professional. He had to leave to get the part but returned promptly and installed it with no issues. We are so happy to have heat given the forecast for the weekend! Thank you A-1!!!

  I called A-1 about 4 years ago for an air conditioner problem to have my furnace looked at. Dave came right out, fixed the problem and left. I was so pleased i decided to write a review which I never do but when I found A-1 on google I saw that there was a lot of reviews of which about half were not that great. I called the owner who has always been friendly and asked Bob what was going on? Bob explained that his company dose a lot of home warranty work, and through the summer they get swamped with warranty customers. He said that they take the calls in order and when someone's air is out they get frustrated because a service tech cant come that same day. Then when their air has to be replaced it gets even worse because the warranty companies are also swamped and they don't get the new replacement air conditioner's for 2 to 4 weeks
  Bob also said that over the years he has had some bad employees but instead of calling him they wrote a bad review to which he could do nothing about if he doesn't know when someone has not been treated wright. He also said about 4 complaints come from disgruntle employee's. and he said that some folkes complained about him and said he takes responsibility for because he was sick for 4 to 5 years before 6/2016 because he had NASH and was diagnosed incorrectly by about 10 different doctors. He said his brain was slowly being pickled by ammonia from his liver not filtering his blood. after a liver and kidney transplant and being in and out of a hospital for a year and a half he is 100% better.I wish him luck and God Bless. I will continue to tell all my friends and family about A-1.

  Great company to work with! They were very responsive, respectful and provided quality work. We would definitely recommend using them and will be a lifelong customer. We originally were put in touch with them through a home warranty company and when that didn't work out, we still decided to have A-1 Complete do the job. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done quick! They offer a great warranty on their work and parts. Honest and easy to work with!
  
  (Most of the people writing bad/angry reviews are due to home warranty companies - so if you put it together..It's their home warranty company that they are angry with)
