  Have been going for years, always great. Remember, this is essentially a doctors office then sales. People complain about the most mundane things... It's tiresome. From check in (including paperwork), I was out in/out within 45 minutes. Family and I will go for years to come

  I had two appointments scheduled for myself and my son. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff was very kind and patient as we decided on what frames were the best fit.

  I did spend a bit longer than I expected BUT the staff was great. I did not feel rushed when seeing the doctor, he did a great job. Shelly was the one who helped me with my frames and she was very honest with me and took a lot of time and had a lot of patience with helping me get the right glasses. I did spend more than I expected but all in all I had a great experience and will be back.
