  I cannot describe how professional and easy and awesome the service was at the t-mobile me some Lees summit. If you're not on T-Mobile you need to get on it because their customer service stands alone as the best

  I went in today to get a line cancelled that had unlimited talk and text. I was given an incorrect quote from a totally different store on the total price and how billing would arrive. There ended up being a big mess and I was almost in collections before I knew what happened because I never got notice of a bill. I went into the Blue Parkway office and a young man totally fixed everything. He was able to get the bill credited and he shut down the line in less than 20 minutes. The T-Mobile customer service line couldn't do all that for me and I spent about 30 minutes talking to them last night. I wish I could remember the name of the young man that helped me but he was great. I will definitely go back to the store next time I need something for my phone.

  Finally a decent experience at T-Mobile. Ashley E. did a great job explaining my ridiculous bills and helping me figure out what needs done to rectify them. She was very sweet and went out if her way to help! Thanks Ashley!

  Robbie and Jamie were AWESOME! They helped me get my new phone and ended up saving money on my bill! Jamie was new to the store and I couldn't even tell because she was so knowledgeable! I will only go to this location from now on! Exceptional customer service!
