(December 10, 2018, 10:21 pm)We were running late for our flight, and when I called ahead to see if there was anything they could do: they listened! It was our first time traveling with our 1 year old and 3 year old, so we were already very stressed. But the Parking Spot bus was waiting at our car the second we parked and got us to our terminal very quickly. Without them there’s no way we would have made our flight. This momma appreciated it very much! :)

(December 5, 2018, 4:59 am)The app is easy to use and set up. The people there were really friendly and it feels like the shuttles run all the time. I feel much better knowing my car is parked and left and not shuttled around. No leaving your keys unless you get an extra like a car detail. I have tried others but The Parking Spot is what I will use from now on!

(December 4, 2018, 12:17 pm)The whole operation is very efficient. I appreciate that a shuttle is ready to pick us up from our parking spot almost right away. Checking out is quick and easy. I really like that on the app I can track the shuttle when I am at the terminal waiting. That is especially helpful when the weather is cold or rainy and I want to minimize the time I am waiting outside.

I received prompt service when I arrived at the Parking Spot and parked in the directed isle.The Parking Spot bus was waiting on me to get out of my vehicle to take me to the airport.Upon arriving home, I called the number given since I arrived after 10:00 pm, the Parking Spot bus was parked and waiting for me as I exited the airport and was brought right to my vehicle. The male attendant was very pleasant and friendly when I checked out. This was so nice as I was a bit grumpy from traveling for 4+ hours and he put a smile on my face.I will definitely tell people to use the Parking Spot rather than the overflow parking as the customer service is fast and friendly!!You have earned a customer for life!!
