  The people that work here are truly amazing!!
  I got brand new tires put on my car 30 days before getting a nail in one causing a non repairable flat.
  The tires were purchased at my home town car dealership 2 1/2 hours outside of St. Louis. The tires are under warranty with the company, but I can’t drive all the way back to the original dealership on my spare.
  The tire company told me to go to Bates to get my tire inspected and get a new one. This process was something other auto companies told me wasn’t their problem and they wouldn’t help me. Bates was the only place that would help me. When Hancook customer service told them they would have to pay for the new tire and then wait for an account credit Bates still didn’t turn me away!! They now have to wait on the tire company to give them their money back. Hancook tires customer service even told them “well you don’t have to do it” because they were going to be out the money. They weren’t going to make me drive back to Quincy on my spare so they have fixed my tire and only charged me $25 to get it aligned and put back on my car. There are very few businesses that will go out of their way to help someone, but Bates will!! I will be taking my car to them forever now. They were the kindest people and helped me when no one else would. I 110% recommend them!!
  Thank you so much for everyone who helped me with my tire. I know you didn’t have to go the extra mile for me, but I so appreciate it!!!

  Excellent service, highly recommend. Rick was able to diagnose the issue with my car when 2 different Nissan dealerships either could not or were too lazy to. Rick did me a huge favor and called the Nissan dealer and told them how to diagnose their own vehicle. Nissan eventually covered it under warranty but I will use Rick exclusively once the warranty runs out. It's refreshing to know that there are still consummate professionals out there that care about their customers.

  Really great guys. I had a terrible experience with a different tire shop and these guys cleaned up the mess. Very friendly and helpful and fairly priced. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing whelk or tire work.

  I've been there four times just to buy second-hand spare tires they put the tires on for me fix my flat and treated me with respect they treated me as if I was them big money person but they treated me equal and really kindness I always will go to Bay Street tire whenever I need an auto repair are tires
