(May 30, 2021, 12:31 pm)I’ve had my unit for about 2 weeks now and have never met anyone who works there. I had a fairly easy time reserving and paying for my unit but can’t speak on the customer service because there wasn’t any. My unit was ready but it wasn’t cleaned out like the checklist stated. A friend and I had to find something to clean the mice traps and sweep out debris. There isn’t a dumpster on site for renters to use which was a bit inconvenient.

The process was extremely easy and they take you through it every step of the way. We walked the property and I was shown my unit; as well as easy access points for movers, with carts on site. Everything has gone great so far, I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

(February 19, 2021, 9:40 pm)I picked up U-Haul Truck from them. It was my first ever U-haul. Miss Sherri brought truck she knocked and cleaned snow of trucks even I did not ask for. I would like to work them in the future and I very recomenned this place. Thank you so much!
