I generally think four stars means good service. Five requires that you impress me.

I called on a Sunday and spoke to a live person. My issue wasn't urgent so he suggested I'd save some money by scheduling for Monday 8-11 instead of immediately.

Monday morning they called around 10AM to apologize, as someone had entered my appointment for 8-11 *PM*, and rescheduled for 11-2. At 1pm they called again to apologize as the technician was detained, and rescheduled for 12-3 Tuesday. Every call was professional, courteous, and personable. Inconvenient as it was, they kept me informed ahead of deadlines. I consider this a win.

On Tuesday Mr. Thompson called me to say they could get me in earlier. He called before his 9:15 appointment to tell me he had a personal issue and would be 10:15, still earlier than the 12-3. He actually showed up before 10, mask on and ready to work. He never pulled down his mask or complained, was knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and though it took a while tracking through some obstacles, worked logically with minimal mess. He was pleasant, respected my family's safety and convenience, and found and fixed the issue in admirable time.

I will be calling back to have more work done in the near future, and I thoroughly believe he earned a five-star rating.

Overall a breathtaking experience with Gordon's Electrician Company. We wanted two ceiling fans installed on my patio where two existing recessed lights were. They were quick to respond, give a quote, and schedule the install. From first contacting them (late Friday) to completing the installation - it only took 6 days. The team that installed were great and very quick... they were within their quote range (about 2 hours) and Frank was great with the scheduling. I will definitely going back to them for anymore electrical needs!

They were very prepared when they showed up and were considerate of any messes they made. After making sure that everything was labeled correctly, they took the time to replace my garbage disposal for me to make sure it was working before they left. I had thought that the old breaker needing to be replaced was the cause of it and the light that shares the circuit. They determined that each had quit working at the same time. I will use them again and will absolutely recommend them to my neighbors.
