Mike and his team worked with our insurance company to do the best job they possibly could, which in my case was a lot. He also was very professional and in regular contact with resolving any issues that arose and surpassed my expectations for the scope and quality of the job. Mike and his team did an excellent job on remediating water damage in our guest bedroom. Called them on a Wednesday evening to see if they could give me a quote to repair water damage from a hole in our roof. Mike was at our house first thing the next morning and gave an honest and informative breakdown of what all would need to be done. He did not pressure us into anything at all and was very professional. Because of this, I decided to go with Midwest Flood Restoration and his team was at our house the next morning to complete the job. They were thorough, efficient and very polite!
