I have been to this store many times, and they have a very good selection and the store is very well merchandised. I've read other reviews below mentioning delays on orders, this can happen on furniture simply because of delays on imported goods which is taking place across the country currently. It's always a good idea to order well in advance for your children or order something in stock. Overall this store is absolutely gorgeous, located in a great area, and has a wide selection of Cribs, Chairs, Beds, and Accessories to choose from. I no longer live in the area but recommend this store to anyone who is expecting. The staff are very friendly and personable. Having ordered furniture from Pottery Barn I do suggest personally staying on top of your order and calling their 800 Customer Service number to check on the status of your furniture order every 2 weeks. It's really your responsibility to stay on top of it because all furniture stores have too many orders to oversee. Be part of the solution, understand the process, and you'll be happy with your order.

I have always had great shopping experiences and customer service at this store. The employees have always gone out of their way to special order things for me that they didn’t have in stock and have always been friendly and courteous. I’ve used the in-store pickup and ship-to-store options with no issues. I also love their in-store monogramming service because they have many more color and font options than are available on the PB website, and the turnaround time is much faster. I’m honestly shocked at the previous negative reviews because in the many years I have shopped here, poor customer service has never been something I have experienced. I shop at this location enough that I’m almost positive I’ve worked with all the employees!
