The surgical team was great and everyone took time to answer all of my questions in detail with no rush. I would 110% recommend Dr Lima to anyone!

(September 27, 2021, 1:08 pm)I needed help with cleaning and re-calibrating my 3-year old hearing aid. Audiologist Laura Ortmann got right back to me on the phone message and arranged for me to come in within three days. At the office she was very welcoming and clear and direct in showing me the nuances of cleaning and restoring the tiny parts of my hearing aids. These are more problematic now that my eyesight is getting worse at 68. Dr. Jose Lima and his assistant also cleaned enough built-up wax from my ears to make a Christmas candle. They were very patient and gentle with their procedures. I will start going in for six-month checkups to keep these working at a very important time of my life in my first year of retirement and plans to travel with my wife. The desk person has always been welcoming and helpful to me. This team is great with each other and with patients!
