I love this place! The classes are amazing, the space is beautiful and the community is so warm and and fun. Budokon is awesome and Jamal is an incredible teacher.

I absolutely love this space! The instructions are amazing and the classes are fantastic. I take pole, budokon (my favorite), aerial silks and kickboxing (although I haven't been as often as I should 😅 sorry Jamal!). I also can't wait to get back into jujitsu! The owners are so supportive and the community is warm and welcoming! If you need a place to move, this is it!

This place is such a welcoming space for new people. I just took my first judo class and it was so fun. ! Evry class I have taken there has always left me feeling so rewarded and appreciated there.

Best place ever! One home for many different forms of movement — basically heaven. Instructors are amazing. Space is beautiful. 10000000% recommend.

Took a pole class here and had an exceptional experience! The studio is beautiful, the instructor Cynthia was incredible and patient. Carmen at the desk was welcoming, and helped answer my many questions! Such a wonderful and welcoming space, I can't wait to try out some other classes here!
