  I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Nick at the Service/Parts department of Woodhouse Place Mazda in Omaha, and I must say, his customer service was truly exceptional. From start to finish, Nick provided me with an experience that went above and beyond my expectations.

  I am not one big on writing reviews, but I do have to praise all of the staff at Woodhouse Mazda located at South 145th Street in Omaha. I was entertaining the thought of purchasing a new car with no time frame in mind. My wife and I had been looking at a few different dealerships in the Omaha area. Stopping in, I was greeted by David Franks. I must say I was very impressed with the time he spent with me, and how patient and knowledgeable he was answering my questions and concerns. Because of David, I ended up purchasing our car that day and was on my way home in just a little over two hours from the time I stepped on the lot. It was one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. I didn’t have to spend the day camping out or feeling pressured as with other dealerships. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Mazda, to ask for David Franks!

  My husband and I just purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5.

  best interest, and trusted his expertise. He went above and beyond to address our concerns, needs and desire in

  My husband and I shopped at KIA and Subaru before coming to check out Mazda. We fell in love with the CX-50 in the lobby as soon as we test drove it. David Franks helped us the entire time, he wasn’t pushy or fake. We felt so welcomed the entire time. We arrive late one evening to purchase and he stayed late to see the entire process go through. I would highly recommend to give your business to this location and ask for David.

  I worked with David F. at Woodhouse Mazda and he was so helpful with helping us find the right car for our family. Greg and Gary were awesome in explaining the benefits of the extended warranty and other protections available too. I would recommend Woodhouse Mazda to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car.
