(March 20, 2019, 1:04 pm)Very pretty hotel. The fitness center was good, it would be great if it had 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells. The "lightest" is 20 pounds which is too heavy for my purposes. The hotel has a wonderful Cobb ????. The scenery is serene. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

(March 10, 2019, 8:42 am)My husband and I got rudely turned away from the Westin so we decided to stay here instead. We felt welcomed and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Nice place to stay and the prices were fair. Exceptional customer service. Gorgeous hotel. We love their breakfast. We also go a lovely room with a beautiful view.

(February 24, 2019, 7:37 am)We have stated at this property twice and both times it was fabulous. The staff could not be nicer and the location is perfect. It is right outside Lake Meade national park and still close to downtown. The village next to the hotel offers several great dining options and a well stocked grocery store. We will be back for sure.

(February 14, 2019, 10:46 pm)What a beautiful hotel! Beautiful, very large and clean rooms. There were amazing views a large and beautiful pool and water sports on the lake. The food was wonderful, for breakfast all kinds of fruit, delicious bread and croissants, all kinds of hot dishes and amazing omelettes. We were there in the slow season so most of the little shops were closed. They did have some delicious food and a great waitress in their restaurant. My biggest complaint with this beautiful place is I was traveling with two handicapped seniors and they had to walk forever to get to their rooms. I asked for rooms close to the elevator. We were traveling together and we're not even on the same floor and our rooms were very far from each other and the elevator. One night after finally getting to our room our door would not open. They sent a young man up and he told us we they would have to get a maintenance engineer to change the battery in the lock and it would take 15 to 20 minutes. There was no place for my husband who had bad knees to sit and it was very far to get back to the elevator. Not fun.
