After seeking out three law firms in Las Vegas, Clear Counsel literally came through for our family’s need. Taylor Waite was able to give us an honest and comprehensive summary of the probate process including financial cost and outside costs if they were needed. His team was patient with us through the entire process and despite some family residing in another state; everyone was kept informed of court dates, document signings and delays due to holidays. For anyone needing an experienced, professional probate attorney I would highly recommend Clear Counsel Law Group. My father owned a home in North Las Vegas and willed it to us when he passed last year. Clear Counsel Law Group successfully handled the legal matters that surrounded getting ownership to the Nevada home in our name without us having to make any trips to Las Vegas. Their communication with us was thorough, and their responsiveness was timely and courteous. They lived up to their exceptional reputation, and we highly recommend them.

I met with him again at his office to pick up the completed will. This was all done as a courtesy to Seniors. Thank you so much. I will be meeting with him again after the 1st of the year to handle all of my other documents needed. I highly recommend this firm and especially Kevin.

Not very trusting of any lawyers, I sat through every meeting with my dad as he went through his bankruptcy. Matt did a wonderful job of making this a stress free journey for him and I truly thank him for everything. This is definitely a place you want to go for help.
