  Today, George completed a striker plate installation. He came into the office to explain that a striker plate for another door with a key fob system was loose. He tightened and added additional screws to secure the striker plate. We also noticed the exterior camera was not working. We asked George, he inspected the cameras in the roof, and the camera was back up and running in very little time.
  
  George is extremely polite and treats his customers with the utmost respect. He is incredibly kind, genuine, professional and smart. He is always providing educated solutions and looks out for his customer's best interest. It is always a pleasure working with George!

  We would like to thank Eagle Sentry, especially Juan, Roy, John, and Moses, for providing excellent customer service on the purchasing, installation, and servicing of our Lutron motorized shades. They are always professional, friendly, courteous, and exceed expectations. We can always count on their punctuality and timeliness. They will do whatever it takes to ensure that we are completely satisfied, even down to the simplest details.
  
  During times like these when companies are short staffed, it's great to know that Eagle Sentry have retained valued employees. Please express to them how much they are appreciated. Thanks again for the awesome service!

  James Moulton from Eagle Sentry got us set up with our system in our new home. He was extremely friendly, showed up on time, was in and out quickly, and gave a very user-friendly tutorial on how to operate our system. Lots of useful tips to make sure the system worked the way we want it to. And when I asked about camera systems and upgrades, he provided extremely helpful information without being salesy or pushy. A+ service.

  The entire crew at Eagle Sentry are absolutely fabulous! I've had them out a few times. Even had a situation happen that shows the true test of how a company handles something like that and I can't say enough about how well that situation was handled. Coming from a background of customer service myself, the entire crew is absolutely a 5 star!
  The security system itself is also 5 star! So easy to manage as well. I just dropped ADT off a cliff. Huge difference!

  These guys are great! Eagle Sentry (thank you Shaun!) are always there for us especially when our smart house is not always acting smart. They problem solve and figure out what’s going on and fix it. We totally rely on them to keep us up and running! Shaun, George and Marco have all provided terrific and professional service.
