  At first encounter, Marc is easy to open up to, no icebreaker needed. He has a keen sense of knowing when something is on your mind and is patient, patient, PATIENT when words don't come to me right away. He asks clarifying questions and holds space for me when it's hard to share something vulnerable, touchy, and even embarrassing. He calls me out when I'm being too hard on myself because I have high expectations for my work and those who I work with.
  
  I recently overcame a big block (self-imposed) that I hadn't gotten passed before. Ever since this breakthrough with him, he constantly reminds me what I learned from it. This makes it easier to acknowledge where I came from and not be utterly consumed by how hard it was back then by getting sucked into that former state of mind and state of being. His influence keeps me on course toward my goals so that I am convinced my goals are not just coming to fruition, he shows me the strides I make now prove that they already have.
  
  Marc is professional and timely whenever we meet. There are times that I need a chat that isn't planned and he makes time for me. He is a champion for me and the plans and goals I have for myself and I can't believe it took me this long to come across such a great and encouraging person!!

  I’ve never meet a more calm but powerful man in my life. Marc has an amazing way of breaking life down and putting into prospective. He’s finds a great balance of being nurturing but really pushing you when you need it. Through his help I’ve been able to achieve my goals faster and more efficiently than I ever thought was possible. I highly reccomend. You have one conversation with him and you’ll know you’ve found the right mentor

  Marc is a teacher and mentor at heart period! There’s some things you can’t teach and Marc’s genuine and sincere approach to how much he cares about other people and their success is undeniable. The experience I have had with him is legitimately priceless, I’ve never felt so comfortable with anyone else so quickly. He is a great listener and has helped me quickly become a more disciplined and genuinely happy entrepreneur!

  Marc has guided me to push myself and my
  business to another level. I was very complacent and he helped motivate me to grow myself which in turn has helped my dog business business flourish. My outlook on life is more positive and I feel inspired to work harder and he has showed me that changing my mindset is easy with the right guidance. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to better themselves or their business.

  By far the best Master so far!! 2 years of training at Syndicate cannot compare to 2 weeks with Marc. He’s very detail and patience, not only he teaches you the move, he will also give you a reason why and when to execute. He will make sure you energy is completely drain before you walk out of there!
