  This studio is AMAZING. Four years ago I walked into this studio.... it was my first pilates experience and I had no clue what to expect. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. I have done private sessions and group classes, and I get an amazing work out each time. The instructors are so wonderful -- they are all incredibly knowledgable, incredibly fun, incredibly welcoming, and are always pushing you to your limits (which is what you pay for!). Core is the BEST!

  I have been a member of this awesome Pilates studio for a year and can't say enough about it! The instructors are so knowledgeable and everytime I take a class I feel like I am getting a private, personalized workout. The classes are small and intimate and the instructors using a variety of techniques to make the workout fun and engaging. The owner, Jessica, is always so accommodating and helpful. This studio is such gem! I am excited to visit their new facility and I am also very excited to see this local business flourish. :)

  I found Core 2 months ago and i love it! i am new to Pilates style of working out and its amazing. Stretch, Strength and Cardio training all in one. If you are looking for a full body workout that is challenging and fun you'll love Core. The Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and the classes are always enjoyable.

  I just love all of the classes that Core Pilates offers, and every instructor is mindful of skill level, injuries, and they all pay attention to the details of the moves to ensure that they are being done properly. I started working out at Core 2 months ago, and I typically go at least 4 times a week. I call it my mini-therapy session of the day because my body and mind feel so rejuvenated after every class. I have lost inches, gained muscle, and most importantly I don't feel the horrible lower back and shoulder issues I suffered from for the last 4 years. It's amazing!! Even my chiropractor has noticed the changes in my body, and its' ability to hold adjustments longer. I can't thank all of the instructors at Core Pilates enough for welcoming me, and giving me the support that I needed in a workout. The group of people that work out at Core are friendly and make it fun each time! I highly recommend if you're looking for a total body workout.

  BEAUTIFUL studio. The instructors are nice and patient. I love my classes with Michelle, she is so informative and energetic. Noelle is fabulous in her body sculpt classes. I see and feel my body changing since attending classes at Core.
